Congratulations to Ragazzi choristers as they represent Ragazzi Boys Chorus and their peers in Honor Choirs at the National American Choral Director’s Association Conference in Salt Lake City.  The conference runs from February 25-28, 2015.  In addition to our choristers, Ragazzi staff Joyce Keil, Kent Jue, Katie Burke, John Collaros, David Jones and Stefanie Wilen will attend, taking advantage of professional development opportunities.

This past September, choristers auditioned against stiff nationwide competition for the opportunity to sing in the Honor Choirs. Those accepted will rehearse intensively in Salt Lake under renowned and charismatic choral directors Angela Broeker, Bob Chilcott, and Cristian Grases, then perform in concerts presented during the long weekend. They will also perform with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir in the final huge concert that closes the conference.  Ragazzi boys singing in Honor Choirs at ACDA are Jeffrey Fung, Justin Fung, Tom Goldberg, Calvin Hansen, Jamie Holmstrom, Nicholas Jiang, Laurent Klein, Andrew Kraft, Jan Olshansky, Michael Sacco, Nathan Tan and Jesse Wilen.
