San Francisco Classical Voice
A Sufi chant arranged by Shireen Abu-Khader and André de Quadros, vased on a poem by the Sufi mystic Ibn ‘Arabi:
I follow the religion of love wherever love is found,
For love is my religion and my faith.
Holy, holy, holy, You are the Lord God.
Heaven and earth are full of Your glory.
“Shiru” by Allan E. Naplan, sung by Ragazzi’s Concert group on Sun, Dec 6, 2015. Text from Psalms 96 & 98, sung in Hebrew.
South Africa tour 2015
This compilation from Ragazzi’s 2015 season includes images from camp and our tour to South Africa—ten years in the planning. It’s accompanied by “Baba Yetu”, one of the songs performed to adoring audiences in South Africa.
Ragazzi celebrates the season in song
Ragazzi’s boys and young men celebrate the Winter Solstice in song. Catch glimpses of behind-the-scenes preparations and enjoy some of what they shared with audiences in December, 2012.
Ragazzi’s beginners open our Family Recital in June, 2014. These boys are between seven and ten years of age. They have been with Ragazzi’s program anywhere from one to four semesters.
Singing the National Anthem for the Giants
Every Spring the entire chorus, from beginners to high-schoolers, sings the National Anthem at a San Francisco Giants baseball game. It’s a thrill for the boys and families to open a Giants game for a sell-out crowd at AT&T Park.
