“Games” Tour Sendoff
Tickets available AT THE DOOR One hour before curtain
Our season closes out with Games, featuring pieces especially prepared to share on Ragazzi’s upcoming tours to South Africa and Oregon’s PICFest this summer. Baba Yetu, composed for the video game Civilization IV, frames the game theme. Also included will be music that explores the game of life, and of love. In addition, the boys will present the powerful freedom song Tshotsholoza, taught to the chorus by the renowned Drakensberg Boys Choir, who will host Ragazzi at their home high in the Drakensberg mountains above South Africa. Celebrate Ragazzi boys’ artistry and give them a warm send-off as they embark on a journey of musical reciprocity and cultural discovery.
